Kalokairi Cottage is a two-story holiday home, set amongst the mountainsides of beautiful Skopelos Island. The building is situated 2km from Skopelos PORT and a 30 minute (2.5KM) walk from Stafylos Beach.

Layout
The ground floor includes a well lit, airy kitchen and dining room area which include a small kitchenette, fridge, cooking area, coffee machine and 4 chair dining set. The living space/ tv area is furnished with a large corner sofa-bed, a 28" HD Smart / Satellite TV and clothes storage area. The shower room is also on the ground floor.
The second floor is made up of an open plan bed-sitting room which include a single sofa bed, 2 folding cushioned chairs, 2 small chests-of-drawers, coffee table, clothes hanger and a comfortable 160 x 200cm double-bed. Western facing views take in the beautiful rural surroundings, olive groves and mountainside with Mount Karia being clearly visible on the opposite side of the valley.
Local Area
The property is surrounded by a large garden spaces with private olive groves, fruit trees and shady spaces for visitors to enjoy. A private entrance / parking area is also available and it is recommended that visitors make use of a rental car or motorbike whilst staying at Kalokairi Cottage due to its secluded location. The owners of the property live nearby and are available to help and advise you during your stay in this beautiful island getaway home.
The owners of Kalokairi Cottage live next door to the rental property and are available to help and advise our visitors during their stay, as required. We also believe that our visitors are entitled to their privacy and to a relaxing peaceful break on Skopelos Island, undisturbed. We will therefore allow our visitors to define the level of interaction with us during their stay and chose what cleaning/ bedding/ laundry services they will require on arrival.
